Toukaisou will be closed for maintenance from 2023/12/04 to 2023/12/18.
During that period, communication by phone and email will not be possible.
Emails will be answered from 2023/12/18 onwards.

請您在預約之前詳細閱讀 住宿問答:

• 住宿價格皆以含稅。
• 預約作業時間為早上八點至晚上十一點。
• 入房時間為下午三點至晚上十點，退房時間為早上十點。

Toukaisou will be closed for maintenance from 2024/10/15 to 2024/10/31.

During that period we won’t be able answer the phone or emails.

Emails will be answered from 2024/10/31, when we reopen.

我可以取消我的預約嗎?

請於入住日的3天前透過電子郵件或是電話聯絡我們取消預約。若您晚於入住日的前3天才取消預約，將會有取消費用產生。

預約取消費用計費
取消於入住日的2天前，收取一晚的房費。
取消於入住日的1天前，收取兩晚的房費。
無端不入住，將收取所有住房費用。
