Toukaisou will be closed for maintenance from 2023/12/04 to 2023/12/18.
During that period, communication by phone and email will not be possible.
Emails will be answered from 2023/12/18 onwards.

• The price is already tax included.
• Reception working time is from 8:00 AM to 23:00.
• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out should be made by 10:00 AM

About deleting or changing your reservation:
If the guest wants to cancel OR change its reservation, please inform us BY 3 DAYS BEFORE the check-in day :

◆If the cancellation/change is made less than 3 days before the check-in day:
** 2 days before the check-in day : we will require the payment of the expense for 1 night.
** If the cancellation is made the same day of the check-in day we will require the payment of the expense for 3 night.
** If the guest will show itself without contacting us about cancel/change its reservation we will charge the total amount of the reservation.
