Toukaisou will be closed for maintenance from 2023/12/04 to 2023/12/18.
During that period, communication by phone and email will not be possible.
Emails will be answered from 2023/12/18 onwards.

• Check-in time is from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out should be made by 10:00 AM

If the guest wants to cancel OR change its reservation, please inform us BY 7 DAYS BEFORE the check-in day :

A fee for cancellation would be charged as follows.

Cancelled on 6day before: The total amount of the reservation.

No-show: The total amount of the reservation.
