Do the rooms have a bath/shower and toilet?

The rooms all have an en-suite bath, shower and western style toilet. The flooring is Japanese tatami mats.

Are towels and toiletries included in the price?

All rooms include soap and shampoo, a hand towel, a bath towel, hair dryer, toothbrush and toothpaste, tea set and yukata (Japanese dressing gown).

Is parking available?

Unfortunately there is no parking attached to the hotel, although there are parking lots nearby. They are around 1500 to 2500 yen per night.

Are there shops nearby?

Yes, there are several convenience stores within 1 or 2 minutes walk and there is a 24 hour supermarket 3 minutes walk away.

Do you have free WiFi?

Yes, the whole building and every room has free WiFi. There are also free-use PCs available.

Is smoking allowed?

All rooms are non-smoking. There is a small smoking area on the roof.

Can I leave luggage if I arrive before check-in time?

Yes, you can leave your luggage here from 8:00.

Can you keep my luggage after check-out?

Yes, we can keep it until 22:00 the same day. After that it will be charged at 500 yen/day.

Do I have to pay on arrival?

Yes, please pay when you check in.

Do you accept credit card?

Yes, we accept VISA, Mastercard, AMEX and JCB cards.

Is there a special price for children?

There is no special price for children, just the standard price for everyone.
And sorry, we can’t accommodate children under 4.

Can I send my luggage ahead by post?

Yes, you can send your luggage by post or courier and we will keep it here for you.
Please be sure to write the name that the reservation was made in and the check-in date on it.

Is there a curfew?

No, you can come and go as you like!

Do you offer breakfast or other meals?

Sorry, we don’t offer food.
However, there are lots of restaurants in Asakusa only a minute or two walk away!

Can I rent a bicycle?

There is a bicycle rental service near the hotel. It’s 300 yen per day.

Can I cancel my reservation?

You can can cancel by emailing or calling us at least 3 days in advance. If it’s less than 3 days in advance then there is a cancellation fee.

For no-shows the whole stay fee will be charged.
